great spot to explore natural wonders and enjoy wildlife views

During my stay, I loved that the hotel is just a short walk from the Sarapiqui River where I could enjoy beautiful views and take lovely strolls, and I was delighted to see howler monkeys from my room balcony for a memorable wildlife experience.

Angel, the naturalist, offered incredible tours that highlighted the local wildlife and left me in awe. The breakfast was decent but could use a bit more variety. The restaurant in the evening, however, served tasty local dishes that I enjoyed. My only complaint? The bathroom could have used a little more upkeep. Hot water was inconsistent, which was frustrating at times. Overall, it felt authentic and welcoming, perfect for families looking for adventure in nature.

We found the absence of a spare plug for the bath quite inconvenient.
